Shahrizal Mohd Suffian was appointed as Director of Malaysia Airports on 26 February 2025. He is currently the Executive Director and Head of Strategic Human Capital Management at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, where he leads initiatives in talent strategy, organisational development, and human capital transformation. Within Malaysia Airports, he is a Member of the Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Previously, Shahrizal was a Partner with Deloitte Southeast Asia, specialising in human resource transformation and talent management. He has also held senior roles with Korn Ferry, Hay Group Malaysia, PETRONAS, IBM, and several leading Malaysian banks, gaining broad experience across strategy, human capital, and organisational leadership.
Shahrizal holds a Bachelor of Administration (Finance) from the University of Oklahoma, USA.
