Shukreen Ma

Shukreen Ma assumed the role of General Manager of Corporate Communications at Malaysia Airports effective 1 May 2023.
She brings over 2 decades of experience spanning broadcasting, public relations, corporate affairs, strategic communications, and culture transformation across diverse industries.
Shukreen began her career in broadcasting with Media Prima before transitioning to public relations consulting at Perception Management. She subsequently dedicated 12 years to PETRONAS, where her roles included positions in Group Corporate Affairs and secondments to its shipping, fuel retail, and lubricants marketing subsidiaries. In 2015, she returned to PETRONAS’ corporate office to spearhead communications and culture transformation efforts under the Office of the Group President and CEO.
In 2018, she joined Bursa Malaysia as the Vice President of Strategic Communications. Following a brief career sabbatical, she joined Tenaga Nasional Berhad to drive the organisation’s culture transformation and was later appointed to lead its Group Corporate Communications department in 2021.
Shukreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications, graduating Cum Laude from HELP Institute, Kuala Lumpur.
