Nadiah Tan Abdullah joined Malaysia Airports as Chief Human Capital Officer effective 1 April 2024.
Nadiah has more than 20 years of expertise in the field of human resources, focusing on Organisational Development and Change Management. Her extensive experience with both local and Fortune 500 multinational companies from various industries has enabled her to win awards, both regionally and internationally.
Throughout her previous tenure, she played pivotal roles in connecting business results with creative people strategies and driving change initiatives to develop optimum organisational structures, as well as attracting top talents. Nadiah was also actively involved in creating positive and sustainable development channels to enhance the capabilities of talents while ensuring a sustainable engagement environment among the company’s employees.
Nadiah holds a BA in International Relations from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom.
