HANI EZRA HUSSIN

Hani Ezra Hussin joined Malaysia Airports in 2016 and assumed the role of Senior General Manager, Commercial Services on 1 June 2021. She previously served as General Manager, Commercial Business.
She brings over 20 years of experience in retail, marketing, and branding. Hani began her career in the fast-moving consumer goods industry in 1997, managing product portfolios, market research, and promotional initiatives. In 2003, she joined Suria KLCC, where she led marketing, customer service, and retail relations, contributing to the mall’s growth as a premier retail destination in Kuala Lumpur.
At Malaysia Airports, Hani has been instrumental in driving the Commercial Reset initiative to enhance the retail profile of airports and reposition them beyond transportation hubs. Her efforts include leading marketing campaigns such as the signature annual shopping programme, License To Win.
Hani graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dubuque, United States of America.
