Megat Ardian Wira Mohd Aminuddin was redesignated as the Chief Aviation & Strategy Officer on 9 May 2025. Prior to this appointment, Megat served Malaysia Airports as the Senior General Manager of Strategy.
Megat graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Master’s Degree in Aviation. He also possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from the Western Michigan University.
Megat’s extensive experience includes being a consulting trainer for International Air Transport Association (IATA) and other airlines specialising in digital and commercial transformation and strategy initiatives. Megat also has a substantial background in the aviation industry where he worked with AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines Berhad before joining Flynas, a low-cost carrier based in Riyadh, as its Chief Commercial Officer. In addition to his experience in the aviation industry, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC), an agency under the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
