MAA has been used as a centre for security related programmes conducted by International Civil Aviation Organisation (“ICAO”). In 2011, MAHB received MS ISO 9001:2015 Certification by SIRIM QAS Sdn. Bhd. accreditation bodies, and recognized as the Global Training Hub (GTH) for Asia Pacific region by Airport Council International (ACI) since 2007.
