Malaysia Airports Academy (“MAA”) is a training provider for Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“MAHB”). Our role is to provide a learning platform in ensuring all employees are competent, skilful, and knowledgeable to prevent non-conformities to the services rendered to customers. We also extend our services to the external agencies local and international. As a strategic partner in Learning & Development, we strive to create development programs that add value to our clients.
We customize the learning activities to suit the client or participant's requirements. Other than traditional face-to-face classroom activities, we also can provide On-the-job training (OJT) tailored for specific workforce ranging from safety, security to maintenance programs.
