Smooth Operations On Day 1 - Malindo Air And Lion Air Move To Klia Main Terminal

SEPANG - Transfer of jet operations for Malindo Air and Lion Air flights from klia2 to KLIA Main Terminal proceeded smoothly with the first arrival of both airlines from Don Muang at 9.06pm and from Jakarta at 11.51pm respectively at KLIA Main Terminal last night. The first departure for Malindo Air from KLIA Main Terminal was at 7.21am to Kota Kinabalu and Lion Air at 8.09am to Jakarta.

Malaysia Airports has been working closely with both airlines to ensure smooth transition from klia2 to KLIA Main Terminal. Apart from extending operations and communications support, Malaysia Airports had also taken the initiative to place additional CARE ambassadors i.e our mobile customer service officers at KLIA Main Terminal to assist passengers during this transition period. CARE ambassadors are permanently stationed at klia2 to ensure a joyful experience for passengers travelling through the terminal.
